Optimized Brain is a public website. It is not a health record. Do not send medical details through the newsletter form.
Analytics
The site uses Vercel Analytics for aggregated page views. It is meant to show which pages are useful, not to build a profile of you. No advertising pixels are added by this project.
Newsletter
If you join the list, your email is sent to Buttondown, the newsletter host. They store the address so issues can be delivered and so you can unsubscribe. We do not sell the list. You can leave via the link in any email, or write john@optimizedbrain.org.
Tools in the browser
The morning checklist and friction mapper can save notes in your browser's localStorage. That data stays on your device unless you copy it elsewhere. Clearing site data removes it.
